"Very disappointed after 15 years of being insured by this company and specifically this location, with the agent who just neglected my needs. No proof of cancellation because they were frustrated of my decision to move to another company. Never come back to you! Last week on September 11th, you received a phone call at your Agency, I was looking for you and you were not in the office according to what Constance Glorioso said and then I send a message for you to call me back the next day after speaking with Glenda. And yes, I am mostly take my time to share bad experiences so people can stay away from! Today is September 18th and you didn’t respond to my phone call message. But at least you responded to the review because it is public and maybe it means something for you."

"Would not recommend. I have been dealing with these people since Nov of last year. Everyone was very friendly when I first opened my renters insurance policy but there were changes made to my lease agreement and I ended up going back to my old renters insurance and canceling with state-farm 2 weeks after starting my policy. I received notices saying I would be billed the following month. I called and spoke with someone who insured everything was cancelled. 4 months later I’m being billed 70.00 and no one knows anything about my policy being cancelled even after I received a refund and email stating it was cancelled. Provided that and still this lady Constance is going back and forth with me about it not being cancelled."

"I’ve been with this office for several years! There are lots of ups and downs in life, but Dan Blackley’s office (especially Kathy!) has been rock steady. Through two different houses, 2 different careers, and 4 different vehicles! They have always checked in with me, tried to make sure I was ok as a person and then as a customer. I explored a couple of other insurances, but have always come back here and now I’m here to stay. I currently use them for both home and auto and wouldn’t change it for anything!"

"I have been a client since 1998. I have gone through a life threatening drunk driving car wreck. Who did not have insurance. The drunk driver is still paying State Farm back. A wreck sliding on black ice totaling a car. Both times Kathy has walked me through the process. When I was in the hospital even calling to check on me. We have had boats, camper, cars, rental and now homeowners policy's. I will not go anywhere else. Kathy always explains every policy, what I need and don't need. Beyond great service."

"Insurance rates are going through the roof. Insurers (Not just State Farm) are insuring homes that should not be built in a given area. Think Costal and Flood Plains. Insurers should know what the cost per square foot to rebuild, generally is in a given area to be able to explain why the rates are so high. I have not filed a claim in 30 years but my rates go up every year. I hope this review helps explain my general dissatisfaction with insurance companies in general."
